About
École Ducasse is a network of schools founded in 1999 by multi-starred Chef Alain Ducasse, dedicated to the transmission of outstanding French expertise and excellence in culinary and pastry arts.
École Ducasse runs three schools in France – Paris Studio, Paris Campus and École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, as well as international schools with Manila Campus in the Philippines, Gurugram Campus in India and NaiLert Bangkok Studio in Thailand. All are united by a desire to share a passion for gastronomy with seasoned professionals as well as food enthusiasts, career changers and students. This broad portfolio of programs aims to meet all training needs: from short programs for experts or food enthusiasts to intensive two, four, or six-month programs, to three-year undergraduate programs and bachelor’s degree in culinary and pastry arts.

BACHELOR IN FRENCH PASTRY ARTS
DURATION: 3 YEARS

Taught in English at ÉcoleDucasse – Paris Campus, this Bachelor program delivers the unique combination of mastery in pastry arts and managerial know-how that you’ll need to forge a career in the pastry industry.
DIPLOMA PROGRAMS
Programs of twenty-two to thirty weeks for people aspiring to orientate their career path towards culinary or pastry arts and experienced professionals seeking to take their careers to the next level.
CULINARY ARTS DIPLOMA
DURATION: 22 WEEKS
INTERNSHIPS: 13 WEEKS
This six-month, intensive Diploma program is designed for career-changers and entry-level professionals wishing to launch a career as a chef or to establish their own culinary concept. It combines practical culinary arts instruction with teaching modules dedicated to managerial and entrepreneurial skills.
FRENCH PASTRY ARTS DIPLOMA
DURATION: 22 WEEKS
INTERNSHIPS: 8 WEEKS
This Diploma will teach you all the techniques – traditional and modern – that have made French pastry arts celebrated across the world. It is a must for anyone passionate about French pastry and desserts, as well as those seeking to advance their careers or become entrepreneurs.
